\n Il sostegno psicologico è finalizzato al supporto della\n persona in situazioni di vita specifiche.\n

\n

\n Ognuno di noi può attraversare periodi particolarmente\n stressanti, magari per stanchezza o perché più problemi si\n presentano nello stesso momento. I motivi che spingono una\n persona a chiedere aiuto ad uno psicologo sono diversi.\n

\n

\n Di solito riguardano cambiamenti importanti della vita, i\n quali possono essere difficili da affrontare da soli. In\n questi casi ci si può sentire incapaci, la difficoltà può\n apparire come uno scoglio insormontabile, e si rischia di\n avvilirsi.\n

\n

\n Questa situazione può mandarci in \"tilt\" e ci si può sentire\n confusi senza riuscire a d uscire dallo stallo e a risolvere\n il problema, ripercuotendosi negativamente in diversi ambiti\n della vita e aumentando il malessere e i sentimenti di\n inadeguatezza.\n

\n

\n Il sostegno psicologico ha come finalità la gestione della\n difficoltà, è teso a definire e inquadrare la problematica,\n individuare e sviluppare le capacità di soluzione e le\n strategie che la persona ha già in sé (risorse personali) ma\n che non riesce a mettere in campo da solo perché schiacciato\n dalla preoccupazione.\n

\n

\n Il percorso è quindi teso a: uscire dal momento di crisi;\n migliorare l'autostima e il senso di possibilità, attivare\n soluzioni per modificare la situazione; accettare il\n cambiamento per poter trovare un nuovo modo di vivere al\n meglio la propria vita.\n
